How can I go about editing those?

If you're talking about the text, normally those would be phrases but I don't find those on my installation - are they part of an add-on? In any case try using Languages & Phrase > Search in Phrases to find them, and if you can't you may have to ask the mod author how you can change them (and then ask why they didn't use phrases ;) ).
