I like the "Talkforum blue" theme.. I've always been a fan of choosing one and leaving it at that - instead of giving the users the option of changing between 3 themes. It will become a pain if you edit/add things to the layouts later on..

Change up your favicon..

Looks like you have some good categories - don't forget the anime section.. every off-topic type forum needs an anime section! ;)

The theme's themselves don't seem to be too much of a pain to edit because seen as two are pretty similar it doesn't take long to edit both at the same time.
