Read Only Contact Name & Email Fields

Description:
This small modification will make the Username and Email fields on the 'Contact Us' page, read only to logged in users. This will prevent them from editing this information.

Installation Process:
  1. Simply download the .xml attached below and import it through the Product Manager of your Admin CP.
