How to remove forum section from search engine?
 

Hello,

I am trying to hide my forum category/section removed from search engine, I tried it closed for posting and totally removed from forum. But when I try the links for that particular threads I can still view it using search engine. How to completely remove that section from searhc engine or for example anyone comes on that thread link message appears that links has been remove by administrator etc. Is there anyway of doing it without deletion.

If an Unregistered user cannot see the thread, then the search engine cannot see the thread. So, set the permissions for the forum so that Unregistered Users cannot see it.
