Unified Login System
 
I'm designing a website and would like to use vb publishing suite, and I need to know how I can setup a unified login system so that visitors don't need to login to the site and then to the forum seperately. I've seen people reference "bridging", but I'm not quite sure how that works, or whether there are any other options.

If you are trying to get VB to work with 3rd party software you will need custom programming to get a unified log in.

If you can design the entire site using just the VB4 Publishing Suite then you won't need to worry about getting it to work with 3rd party software.

As BOP5 said, with the vb suite you get a highly customisable CMS so you can get it looking like the site you want, users can log in there and when clicking the link to the forum they'll already be logged in, the same goes for the blog too :)
