Inline Moderation how to move down?

I feel like I have tried everything but I also know I am probably having the ditzy moment in the world but I have my page background over lapping my moderation and reply button. I have overflow: hidden; on my page background. That's the only way it doesn't mess up though. It overlapping my buttons and the word moderation.
