Problem Installing after Forum Upgrade
 

We've been in the dark ages on our forum with vbulletin version 3.8, because it was running just fine and we didn't want to make any big changes. But hackers changed our minds for us because they kept taking down our site. So we upgraded to vbulletin version 4.2. And we want to install an upgrade to the arcade which is used a lot on our site.

I uploaded all the files for version ibProArcade version 2.7.2 and am following the installation instructions, but on the last step I have hit a brick wall. The installation instructions say:

I have searched over and over and the string I am supposed to find is not found in my navbar Template.

I don't know why it is not. I have all valid links, including one to the calendar in my navbar, but since I am as yet unfamiliar with all the changes to the templates, etc in vb4.2, I do not know where else to look for this. It definitely is NOT in my navbar template.

So I have uploaded the files, tweaked the templates: postbit and postbit_legacy with no problem, but I cannot complete the last step. Can I get some direction as to why I cannot find this in the navbar template and where I CAN find it?

Never mind. I think I found the answer to this. The discrepancy must be due to the documentation being for version 4.x and how the navigation bar is now customized in 4.2. I got it. Thanks.
