.toplinks ul.isuser .notifications a.popupctrl:link {color:#ff9023!important;}

Basically the notification lights up orange when there are new notifications.
I am having some issues currently, basically when I go edit notification settings such as the dbtech tag/like system settings the notification no longer glows orange anymore
This has been successfully tested on FF and Chrome.
The only way to fix this issue is to completely clear your browser cache & cookies.
Is there a way around this to get this fixed?
