Prune multiple user posts at once

Like some other forum owners, I have a massive amount of spam that I need to clean up. Luckily, most of it is moderated, but it is quite annoying to have to put in one username at a time to manually remove all of their posts via the prune feature.

Is there anything out there that will allow you to put more than one username at a time in the prune form?
