Need Recent Threads link in the NAV bar

Hi all,

I am completely new in Vbulletin so asking this basic question. I could not find the answer by searching the forum. I would like to add a page called "Home" which would show latest X number of threads from the forum just like in the forum http://www.blackhatworld.com/. Can you please tell me how to achieve that?
