How to disable URL images and video in editor

Hello Guys,

Does anyone know how to disable URL images and video in editor?
Any suggestions for this case?

We are using VB4.17 currently.

Upgrade to 4.1.12.

You'd need to disable image bbcode and video bbcode per forum.
