How to fix this problem?

I am trying to add a banner to my forum that's exactly 800x250 in size but whenever i add it i come across a problem. The banner looks like this: http://i246.photobucket.com/albums/g..._2008/urgh.png is there any way i can fix this? Is it possible to make the title image bigger? I been trying to figure this out for hours. Thank you for any help anyone is able to provide.
