Question: Vendor Tools
 
Is there anything like DTO Vendor Tools that doesn't cost so much?

I figure there must be. I have shown DTO a few examples of vendor systems in use and he has told me they are not his. I may have to code one from the ground up, but would rather learn what is out there.

Basically I want a paid subscription which I have to place uers in a group already created, that is easy enough. I want this group to have it's own control panel where they can specify their company information and upload banners that will be automatically placed into rotation.
