install a discussion widget in my domain

Hi,
I have the vbulletin forum installed on my domain.
Now, my domain contains individual pages that contains users stock files .
I want to use a vbulletin widget that enables discussion on each individual stock file.
1. Each stock folder page will automatically contain this individual discussion.

2. Enable my users to view statistics of the "most popolar folder" "Latest comments" and etc.
