Particular word will not appear on forum
Hi,
I use Version 4.1.12 and I have a minor problem. The word "Welcome" will not appear on the forum. So, for instance, if some types "Welcome to you" in a post it just displays "to you" and in the forum index the phrase "Welcome to our newest user" just appears as "to our newest user" I looked in the censorship options but on my forum that replaces words with stars so it wouldn't appear to be that anyway. I also tried to search for "Welcome" in phrases and it doesn't look like I've done anything in there that replaces "Welcome" with a blank. I wonder if I have inadvertantly set up something that replaces all incidences of "Welcome" with a blank space but I'm not sure where I should be looking to correct my error. Thanks to anyone reading this who can offer any suggestions! I really appreciate any advice that you give me. Rob |
Check the 'Replacement Variable Manager' under Styles & Templates.

Yes, it was there. Thanks very much for that, I would never have found that otherwise.
Many thanks, Rob |
