Forum manager 3.8.7

After upgrading from 3.8.5 to 3.8.7 my forum manager now looks like the attached image instead of the complete list that was on 3.8.5 (and is in fact on the test ACP for 4.2)... is this correct or is there something that I have done wrong or maybe not uploaded?? I've looked at the files in the download package and compared to the files that I have on my server and they all seem ok.....
