Is there a Mod for v4.x out there that enables you to replace all Amazon links with your own affiliate ID? I know things like VigLink exists, but I believe they replace it with THEIR ID and then give you a percentage of the profits. I would happily pay for a mod that enables us to replace Amazon links w/ our own affiliate IDs.

Probably not. Every mod breaks.

I'd also be very interested in a quality mod that could do this and would also be prepared to pay.

I've been using this with 3.x and right through to 4.2.0 PL2 and it works perfectly, even with the multiple URL formats for Amazon products:
