Looking for a Mod to show city location on a world map
 
I run a car forum with members located around the world and it would be cool if a Mod could use the city location field in the member profile to populate a world map. Digital Point has something very similar to what I'm looking for but I'm concerned about making it work on my forum (I'm not real good with the programming side of things).

Any suggestions or comments? Anyone else doing something similar or have sites I can check out?

There is already a mod of this kind about but beware it can be heavey on resources.

Look at revolvermaps.com.

It's a one line javascript (or flash settings) that needs to be added to where you want it to appear. You can use a rotating globe or a 2D map.

It doesn't use the location in the user profile, but it uses their IP address to locate them.
