How to find the ids of forums using vbseo.

Hello all,

Can any one tell that how can we find the id of those forums who are using vbseo like if i am going to a category
TvShows chat by default it will show me like this
www.mysite.com/forumdisplay.php?f=185
where 185 is the forum id
but when using vbseo it shows like this
www.mysite.com/tv-shows-chat/ how can i find the id of such forums please help?

You can find them via admincp ...

Admincp > Forums & Moderators > Forum Manager

Now hover over each forum and at the bottom of the browser you will see the links with ids
