Moving toplinks login box to the center under logo
 
I am exhausted, I've been looking since 3 days .. and it seems to be some sorcery or I don't know.. I don't understand why it is so hard to perfectly align to the center the "toplinks" or login box if you prefer.

I've found some people talking about playing with the align right putting it at 400px.. what the hell? if people have different a resolution it's going to be all messed up.. I need a way to perfectly center these login/password boxes under my header logo.. is that so difficult? I can't believe this..
