Where can I find this mod?
 
I'm not sure if I'm posting this in the right place, so please let me know if now.

I'm running a downloads site and want one that is more integrated into the forums. I have seen a mod on a couple of download sites:

I've searched everywhere but cannot for the life of me find the mod that powers these downloads. I know it's probably a long shot, but if anyone could give me any info I'd be very grateful.
