Any help? And how do I get read of the activity.php crap?

As for the error, try disabling your modifications/plugins and see if you still have this problem.
Note: To temporarily disable the plugin system, edit includes/config.php and add this line right under <?php

Try a search regarding the activity stream since this has been covered many times.
