want a simple mode - public vote system
 

hi,
i want to buy a simple mode.

what this mode can do is - it should present a page to the public.

registered people should be able to submit their website to the site list.

registered and unregistered people should be able to vote for any site that has been listed.

1 person should be able to give vote for 1 site only 1 time (i mean, from 1 ip, for 1 website, their can be no more than 1 vote)

the website with highest votes should come up on the top and then the site with lower votes than this and so on, in decending order.

this is a simple mode and does not require too many work.

i can also show the coder, a working version of the script for a different forum.

if anyone can do it for low price, i can buy it.
