Edit Infraction Text?

Where can I edit the default text for Infractions & Warnings?

I'd specifically like to change the part that says "You have received a warning" to something more friendly.

I'm using vb 4.2 PL 1

Go to Languages & Phrases > Search in Phrases and search for "You have received a warning". It looks like there are three phrases that match that, which can be edited to say whatever you'd like.
