Help with Login Form

I just need a little more newbie help if that's ok.

How do I increase the spacing between the two? I am using vB Advanced and I do not know where the login form is located and what to do to increase the spacing a little.

the link to your site and the screenshot of the login boxs are different and the one on your live site looks ok
