Question about navigation manager

I had this code

<a href="{vb:link member, {vb:raw bbuserinfo}}">

in my navbar template in vB 4.1.10 and it rendered a link like http://www.mysite.com/forum/members/XX-myusername

There is a better way to render it that using

Code:

members/{userinfo.userid}-{userinfo.username}

in the Target URL field when adding a new link in the navigation manager?
