Removing Existing Signature Links
 

Due to spamming, we're making a policy to not allow links in people's signatures. We have set it so people can't add them (in the usergroup manager)...but we don't seem to have a way of easily finding (and removing) the links that users currently have in their signatures.

Any ideas?

Along the same lines...is there a way to 'mass reset' the signatures, requiring that everyone re-create their signature lines (and ensuring that the updated signature rules apply to them)?

Do you want to allow links but make them unclickable?

I believe that those hacks only apply to people adding new signatures...the old ones are grandfathered in. Those are the ones I want to address!

You'll need to do substring url replace directly in phpmyadmin, i couldn't build that query for you efficiently so probably best you ask in a mysql type forum.
