Add Rules to Nav Bar?

I thought I could achieve this by linking a tab to "misc.php?do=showrules" in the Navigation Manager but god darn it, that ain't working.

Little help?

What isn't working? The tab doesn't work? Or what is happening and what did you want to happen?
