What is the best practise on upgrading vb3.8 to vb4.2?
 
we are working on a somewhat big forum, around 80k users and 1000k+ posts currently works on vb3.8.7. we just purchased a license for vb4.2 and would like to do a fresh start since the forum db now includes a lot of nonsense data.

impex changes the id's of everything so we cant use it.

what is the proper way for us to go.
