Is there a mod or script that limits the number of posts per user over a time Frame ?

i have found such MODS for vbulletin 3.x and 4.0.x which i specified below..

I run vbulletin 4.1.7

I run a forum which has "Donor" section to share Exclusive Stuffs!

I got donors who post 100-200 posts a day and bookmark download links so they can download patiently later! :mad:

This is seriously affecting perennial Donations! :(

Any solution to this will be highly helpful :)
