Get rid of Forum tab?

We only have the forum, no blogs or anything else. There are plenty of ways of getting to the main page of the forum. Hence, we'd like to get rid of the forum tab.

A nice option would be to make the "what's new" tab bigger if possible.

We're using 4.1.11, soon moving to 4.2

There is an article in the vb4 articles forum on how to get rid of the default navtabs.
