Issue with accents

My forum is in spanish so some threads/posts have accents on their titles or messages.

but today I entered to it and I see weird symbols on the posts..like
"Ã*" instad of "í"
"Ã©" instead of "é"
"Ã±" instead of "ñ"

The forum language is ok, I don´t see any weird symbols, but the post have symbols and I want to replace them by the correct letter.

Any suggestion? any query to run?
