Force synchronous page loading
 

Is there a way to force pages to load synchronously in vBulletin? In particular, is it possible to force the ad_navbar_below ad slot (or ad code pasted in that area) to load before the rest of the page loads? I want to ensure every page view results in a counted ad view.

We currently use DoubleClick for Publishers but could switch if another ad manager offers this functionality. The code being used is the synchronous code (with enable single request). However, whether we use synchronous or asynchronous appears to be somewhat arbitrary, I'm guessing due to how vBulletin loads.
