Where do I upgrade from vbulletin license to vbulletin suite?
 
I have a regular vbulletin license and I want to get the vbulletin suite license!
Where do I pay to only get this upgrade?

Can anyone give me a direct link to where I can do this?

I think you need to go to vBulletin.com and log in with your customer number and password that you received when you purchased vBulletin and then go to the customer area to upgrade. I hope that helps.
