How do I add a new tab on the footer bar?

I figured it out

Open footer in Edit Templates and add the following code

<li><a href="LINK ADDRESS"</a>TEXT YOU WANT TO SHOW</li>

after <ul id="footer_links" class="footer_links"> wherever you want it to show up on the footer.
