You can prevent vision to a user group?example not only to see New Posts to the group in reading.

Mine is an example but I would write in the template for a condition not to read something to the group in reading.

To be honest that picture confused me more, because there's an arrow pointing to the Archive link but none of your previous posts mention the archive.

I think krimesis wants to hide the archive link in the footer.
And what is the "Reading Group"?

krimesis, you do know that what you see as an admin is not what others see when looking through the archives. It has the same permissions as your forums.

It sounds like he doesn't want a certain usergroup to be able to see the archive posts.
