Navbar options disappeared >.<

Uhm, something happened, suddenly I don't see the navbar options under What's New and Articles, but it's there under Blogs and Forum. I was off line at the time it happened, so I don't think I did something. Also, I tried disabling all the plugins, so it's not it. It's happening on all skins and in different browsers.

Do they show up in the Navigation Manager? Do they show up on a totally default style?
