I wanna add banner in my cms, my cms I create the layout like this (50% | 50% | 120px)

how to add the banner code ? i using the widget static html, but still dont know the code for shown the banner

how to add widget for the HOT Forum Thread and The Last Forum Thread add, and how to create forum thread that mark always on top in the category forum ?
