How to use Vertical Response email ?
 

Anyone know how to use the Vertical Response email system built into vB4, please?

Can't see how to upload a mail list (the Upload List button doesn't work).
Can't see how to upgrade my account to see if that will fix the issues.
Vertical Response themselves have never heard of it and can't support it. (We've spent ages on the phone and in emails to different departments at VR, they just point us back to the vB admin backend, which doesn't work properly for us.)

We need email list support and VR looks like a good idea, but it seems like nobody knows how to make it work. Our vB dev says he can't find any resources either.
