Avatars, attachments, profile picture, albums etc

Hi

For some reason the all avatars, attachments etc have stopped working on my forum.

No one on my forum can use avatars or profile pictures, upload attachments or albums signatures etc. Offsite links do not work either.

Can anyone help please? Any suggestions?
