Database error
 
When my friend tries to do the upgrade from 4.1.11 to 4.20.0 comes out this error.
how to solve?

Open a ticket at your customer 's area so the vb staff can investigate this.

That error shows that your server settings need changing, it failed because you are trying to upload a packet larger than is allowed in your mysql/php settings

Nothing to investigate, the error is fairly self explanatory - you need to increase the max_allowed_packet size in MySQL.
