Could use some help with this. Have tried but not succeeded in getting toplinks to extend over the whole page as it is on the attached image, please does anyone can help me with this?

Well yes, of course. At the bottom, I have Blue Steel template that I modified quite a bit for it to suit us. Is not yet open but you can still see where it is heading. If you want I can send the admin login?

I mean a direct link to the style on your site. It should be a link to your site ending with styleid=xx

To get the black to show up across the top, you'd want to change this CSS like this:

#newnav {
background-color: #000000;
width: 100%;
}

I don't know what other links you want in there, but you'll need to add it to the header template or use plugins to add it.
