Where to hire / find vBulletin Developers / Mods
 
I've been using UBB for 13 years now and I want to migrate to vB. Can somebody help me find a developer or hacker who can mod the script and develop some features for it? And possibly help me maintain it long term?

Where can I find somebody like that? All I see here is unpaid requests. But I do want to compensate.
