The point of the list is that his picture is on the $100 bill. You don't have to be president. Franklin made other critical contributions to the US.

I had originally named the thread something like Presidents on Dollar Bills. That was where he got me at. Then I changed the thread name. Instead of seeing the joke for what I meant it for, it got lost in the nit-picking. It seems like that is the way of the org these days.
