Beacuse I Using Vbullletin 3.8.2 And php 5.3x not Support Vbulletin Old Version

I would call your host and ask them to do it for you, it would be easier and safer then telling you how, but keep in mind that will change the php for every site you may have on your domain space, other software may not work with earlier php.
