1st thread on fisrt page.

hi guys,
is there any one who can help me please?

when i release a thread on my forum.
and other member comment then the thread go to last page and all comments come to fist page.

i mean if my thread number is 1
and a user comment number is 10
the i see all post listed as : 10 -9- 8 - 7-6......1
i want to see all time my thread on my first page and other comments start from 2 position.

as like vbulletin 3.8.x
