I just searched for "Thank" and "thanks" and received no results. That can't be right.

Everytime I try to search for something - I have to re-do the "image verification",,, I cannot read it, keep getting it wrong - it just makes search option unusable.

What's the point of having to use "image verification" every single search !!

Doesn't that go away if you're logged in?

Image verification doesn't show to logged in users but it does show to "guests" (not logged in users).

Did you rebuild your search after adding the mod?

You are having problem at your end. Try clearing your cookies for this site & select the remember option while logging in.

"split thread in vbulletin v4" is my search and it says the search doesn't meet the minimum 3 words criteria .... like what?

you can't use 'in' or 'v4' in a search, need to have 3 or more letters in the word/s/ you're searching for.

If you are searching for a VB4 mid you should go to Advanced Search, search only the VB4 mods forum, and search only for "split."

Thread is too popular it will be useless. If you want to search for the string search for "split threads" but I can't image "slit" returning an overwhelming number of results.

Of course I would just go to Google and put in your original query

But when you search for a word phrase in quote it returns ONLY the exact phrase- a bad idea unless you are sure you know that phrase exists somewhere.

Your phrase is bad because someone might have used threads instead of thread of vb4 instead of v4... So it si not surprising there would be no results for it.

Unfortunately though regardless of what you search I'm afraid there just are no "split thread" mods for VB4.
