Attachment Pop-Up in Quick Reply
 

Hello,

I'm looking to include the attachment facility in the quick reply toolbar.

While I was able to include the button, but I could not figure out the code which I should be adding for the pop-up to appear. I just want to have a facility which will show a pop-up and not the "Manage Attachments" option like Advanced Reply.

There is a mod "Advanced Quick Reply" that adds the attachments, all bbcodes, and smilies to the quick reply boxes.

Thanks, but I do not want to upload a mod for this issue when a simple template fix can work out.

You're going to need more than a template fix, the back-end permissions to deal with attachments isn't available on quick reply.

Thanks. I got this done. Just wondering if it’s possible to automatically close the attachment window once the post is submitted? Like smilies window does.
