Sending mails to users. Who recieves them?
 

In vBulletin admincp it is possible to send e-mails to users. But which users recieves the emails? Only the ones that have checked "Recieve mail from administrators" or is it all the users regardless what they have chosen?

And does the email end up in their regular mailbox or in their vBulletin mailbox?

It sends only to users who checked "receive mail from admins" and it sends actual email, not a vbulletin "private message".
