wrong image buttons after update

I have two extra buttons in the editor: one for Spoilers and one for Striking out text.

Recently, I've updated to 4.1.12 and after the update --eventhough these two buttons still appear in the editor and actually still work fine-- they appear with the attathment image instead of the right one given in the AdminCP.

I've deleted one button and remade it but still...

Why's that and how can I correct it?
